Cancellation Policy

At Human Valley Staffing Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we aim to provide top-tier staffing services. Cancellations must be requested immediately after confirming a service. However, if the recruitment or hiring process has already started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Once a candidate has been placed or the hiring process has begun, cancellations are not possible.

If third-party services are involved, cancellation terms depend on their policies.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of staffing services, fees paid for sourcing, screening, or consulting are non-refundable once services are initiated.

Non-Refundable Services: Payments for candidate sourcing, screening, or consultation are non-refundable.

Replacement Guarantee: If a hired candidate does not meet expectations within the agreed period, we may offer a free replacement.

Refund Processing: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

Service Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please report the issue on the same day of receiving the service deliverables. Our team will review the concern and take necessary action.
